With four award-winning winemakers each showcasing two of their finest wines, you’ll savour a perfect pairing with each locally sourced and seasonally-inspired course, curated by the talented kitchen team at Yardbird.

Wood roasted Hispi cabbage with Mitta hazelnut, chilli and garlic crunch, Tahini + yoghurt dressing

House smoked Murray Cod, duck fat potato, soft-boiled Wolki Farm egg
